Colt M4 Carbine Magpull Rifle Flat Dark Earth - 30 Rounds, 16" Barrel

Gun is flawless. Once again my interaction with Bud’s was great.

Excellent rifle for the price. I only have seen one issue, it appears the finish inside the receiver has come off during shooting, or that's what I think it is because I put one of my nickel boron bolts in and when I was done shooting 350 rnds. I thought it was carbon from shooting but then I noticed it was very difficult to remove and looked more like finish instead of carbon fouling from gun powder. Looking inside the receiver it indeed looks like some of the finish inside the receiver is coming off, however my other guns do the same thing with that bolt banging around inside it is bound to happen I just never had it stick to my BCG.I love the rifle it is higher quality and shoots right out of the box deadly accurate with the included sights. I have not shot it with the original BCG but it seems good also. I did not have any fails while shooting, and it has surprised me so far with ,fit ,machining ,and quality of this rifle. I had only owned cheaper rifles so far, and I can't speak about others in this price range but I can say it is definitely worth what you pay compared to cheaper ones. I am very happy with my purchase.

What can be said that hasn’t been already? If you can swing it, doesn’t get much better than a 6920 Colt. Sure everyone wants the Gucci free float handguard with all the attachments, but this keeps things super simple and super reliable. A definite must buy if you are into guns and want an ultra reliable defensive weapon!

Within a few minutes of taking the rifle out of the box, the vertical grip pulled out of the Magoul handguard, which was both surprising and disappointing. The handguard material had given way to the metal hardware supporting the vertical grip. I contacted Colt, who immediately mailed me a replacement handguard. It was easily replaced, and all is well. The design doesn’t accommodate much strain on the vertical grip, but otherwise it is a solid AR from a reputable manufacturer.

This is a beautiful gun, finely engineered and crafted. A bit pricey, but guess one has to pay for this kind of quality. No glitches at all in function or shooting, but the sights have needed a fair amount of adjustment. With time and patience, this should be resolved.
