This is a great concealed carry gun. I highly recommend it. The key thing about this pistol is that it is double action/single action. I think this is far superior to the vast majority of CCW pistol which are Striker fired guns. Guns like the P365 or Glock 42 have virtually no safety mechanism and could be accidentally discharged relatively easily. Others like the P238 have a manual safety. That secures the firearm better from an AD. But, under tremendous stress, will you remember to deactivate the manual safety? With the PD380, the longer and stiffer trigger pull on the initial shot acts as its own safety. But it doesn’t require deactivation, it’s still pull and shoot like a revolver. I’m glad I found this gun. It’s very ergonomic, way better than G42 or p365. its slightly small than an EZ380 but bigger than a P365-380, G42 and P238. None of these guns are prohibitively large for concealed carry. The only downside is that you have two different trigger pulls-double action for the first shot and single action for subsequent shots. This is why I like it. I like a longer harder trigger pull for the first shot. Others won’t like it for that very reason. I was a police officer for years. When I transitioned from a revolver to an semi-automatic, I got a Smith 459, da/sa. After a gozillion repetitions with the system, I don’t even notice the difference in trigger pulls. Same for the PD380.

Nice carry piece. Light and accurate. Like rear sight adjustment. Wrench is supplied. Shoots well. Ejects well. Watch your ammo. Some really makes this firearm pretty dirty. Had some failure to fire. But that could have been ammo. Maybe a light strike. Still working that out. My suggestion is to keep it well oiled.
