Bought because I have a Glock 37 G4 and I bought a load of ammo years ago. The 45 GAP has languished but it is accurate, reliable, and ballistically the same as 45 acp. It is just shorter to take advantage of todays powders and to allow it to fit in a smaller frame. The Glock 38 frame is like if not the same as a Glock 19 so if you want 45 acp performance in a smaller frame then you will like it.

The G38 is not the most popular Glock. But for me it is perfect. You get 45 +P ballistic performance from the .45 GAP in a G19 sized hand gun. It conceals just like the G19. I hand load the ammo for my G38. It also own the other Glocks in this caliber the G37 and G39. All purchased from Buds. As a Team Buds member the were delivered to my FFL within 2 business days after completing the sale on line. Very satisfied.

Great service and a fun gun from Buds. Imagine a CCW the size and weight of a G19 that is a 45 Gap. the Gap 45 is not often seen but is as useful as any 45 and if you reload your own ammo is as cheap to shoot as any other hand load.

This is my 3rd Glock and it is great. Best shooting Glock I have ever had the privelage of shooting. Anyone who says Hi-Point and Glock in the same sentence should not be allowed to talk about firearms, period. Glock is the most dependable gun on the market, it's not a mistake that more Glocks are in L.E. than any other manufacturer. Anyway, Great gun and great price topped with fast shipping! I have a hi point that will out do this gun !!!!!! All the glory of the glock's and i can say hi point i paid a lot less for my 45 and have never had one problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all I bought this gun because I wanted a .45 cal, and an affordable price. I had also heard that glocks dont jam up very often. Well if your looking at this gun, or any GLOCK product, research before you buy. This particular Glock....(38) takes the GAP ammo. Which they dont tell you, is hard to find and expensive when you do find it. I found 3 boxes locally and it cost me $100. I shot 23 rounds through it, then the 24th jammed the gun. I have several handguns, some were less expensive than this one, and this gun is the worst gun I have ever owned. I would never buy a GLOCK product again. Its cheaply constructed, and a waste of time and money. Nothing against BUDSGUNSHOP.COM, I recieved what I ordered in a timely manner. I will buy from BUDSGUNSHOP again, just never a GLOCK product or a .45 GAP product.
