  Hi Camden and welcome. Yes, Same as the Mossberg Shockwave. This a firearm, not a Shotgun/long gun. The classification is a "Firearm" due to the less than 18-inch barrel. Federal law requires purchasers of firearms to be 21 years of age. Cheers and stay safe!

Regardless whether pump-action or semi-automatic, this category includes the Mossberg Shockwave, Remington Tac-14, Emperor Arms Duke / Mogul series, Charles Daly Honcho, RIA VRF14 and the like."

  Hi Eufemio, this is legal in FL. Because it does not have a stock, it is not meant to be shouldered and is not considered a shotgun. Since it is not a shotgun, (it is just considered a firearm), it cannot be a short barrelled shotgun, so the 14.75" barrel is legal, as long as the total length of the gun is at least 26". No tax stamp required.
