• Q: Just a quick update as I mentioned earlier as to my optic not being installed. As suggested I contacted Buds and they were great giving me the option to return and reorder or refund if I wanted. I accepted the firearm and as stated before the optic was just tossed in the range bag with the 3 extra mags. I contacted springfield and was told by customer service that some hellcats come with optic installed and some don't as they are trying to get them out the door as fast as possible. Quality cont?

• Q: How fast does buds ship after you pay for order?

  Hi Eric, it varies depending on order volume. Bud's normal shipping time is 3-7 business days after payment is received.
  My last 2 orders shipped in 1 and 3 business days. The longest I ever had to wait was 6 business days.

• Q: I just received my hellcat with gear up package and my optic was not installed in fact it was just thrown in the range bag with the 3 extra magazines. The firearm itself was just tossed in a small range bag. Nothing was rapped nice in plastic or anything. Whom should I contact about this?

  Hi Aaron, Buds does not open new firearm packages, BUT.....it could have sent out, opened at a FFL, and the person refused the gun and sent it back. So, it is possible it could have been opened. I would contact both Bud's and SA

• Q: One more question about this firearm. It says it comes with the red dot most likely already installed however if I would remove the red dot is there a plate or cover that would cover the top that comes with this gun?

  Yes. The optics area cover plate will be included should you remove the red dot.
