Great all around experience!

Picked up from my ffl an went straight to the range I didn't even wipe it down. I put 200 rounds of 45acp round nose fmj 230gr of my reloads. The gun ran flawlessly all 200 rounds. The fit and finish is beautiful and what you would expect from a high-end gun. The gun shot incredibly accurate, I was able to hit a 3" dot from 15yards consistently. The size and weight of the gun is perfect and is so good to look at. I'm very happy with.

I ordered this then after receiving it I upgraded it with an Ed Brown stainless main spring housing with a flared mag well . I think it is one of the nicest looking 1911's out there! Can't wait to actually shoot it.

I always wanted a Raptor Pro and it is good looking gun in stainless steel. But I wished now that I had purchased it in the dark blue steel. Not sure why I am saving it to shoot, but it is still in box that it came in. But I do take it out some days just to look at it on the wall with my others that I have not shot either.

Pistol is awesome. Have not shot it yet. The fit and finish is outstanding. Replaced the plastic mainspring housing with an Ed Brown.

This pistol is amazingly good! The trigger is extremely nice. It's a comfortable shooter. The build is faultless, and the looks are terrific, and the gun is smooth and tight. However, the sights were very far off, out of the box, such that the gun shot 4" to the right at 10 yards. One could see the miss-alignment by looking at the sights, top-down. Whomever installed the sights could not have actually sighted-in the gun. A few minutes with a pusher tool fixed this foible, and now, all is well.

Well 1st off...I was 1 of the idiots who complained on line about recent delays and challenges at Bud's, the question with my order was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
I have always been a Sig Sauer guy, but I've shot my brother in law's Kimber, so Team Bud's offered this Pro Raptor at a price that was amazing. Gun is ergonomic, fits in my hand very well, all controls are smooth and silky. 45 so as a Custom 1911 it is spot on with accuracy (if I aim correctly). I believe that this Kimber Pro Raptor is an absolute steal from Team Bud's. Always working as quickly as they can to fulfill our requests even in dire times like this. AGAIN I AM SO SORRY I COMPLAINED ON LINE BEFORE I UNDERSTOOD JUST HOW DRASTICALLY ORDERS HAVE INCREASED, PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SELVES AS WELL. YOU ARE ...ESSENTIAL.( I am in a stay at home state)....I LOVE BUD'S AND AM GRATEFUL FOR ALL STAFF TOP TO BOTTOM.
