David, this model does not list a Manual Safety on Sigs website (https://www.sigsauer.com/p320-nitron-compact-3.html) so I would verify with Sig Customer Service before purchase at 603-610-3000 and then press 1

This is the p320 compact in 9mm. I have seen this advertised as a 15+1 round magazine capacity standard for 9mm. Is the 10+1 capacity advertised here correct?

Zachary, yes Sir. Most manufacturers including Sig Sauer make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistol will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.

Zach - same identical basic pistol, but this one ships with a 10 round magazine and Massachusetts compliant trigger. Change the trigger and put in a 15 round magazine, and you have the other pistol.
