• Q: Will these work with a scope (Bushnell AR72736) with 1" tube? I am placing this on a Henry Rifle that will mount to a picatinny rail.

  Yes, model 20052 is intended for 1" scope tubes. Depending on the rail you are using and whether or not you need to clear iron sights or a hammer I might be concerned with the height of the rings as these are the lowest mounts available. Looks like they are out of stock on Buds' currently but B Square model 20054 (medium) and 20056 (high) are also intended for 1" tubes at different heights.
• Q: It does come with 2, right?

  Two come in a package and these are the "low" rings. If you have a scope with a large objective lens or are mounting on an AR you may want the high rings. They are 20056.
