MOLOT VPR-12-11 VEPR 12 5RD 19IN - Blue/Black, 19" Barrel, 5+1 Rounds, Wood Stock, 3" Chamber

I know know one likes hearing reviews about a gun they haven’t shot but I didn’t buy it to shoot in all honesty. Guns beautiful and I’m glad to have a vepr in my collection. When I bought mine they didn’t have any tube fixed stock ones or folders instock but I was surprised at how comfortable the thumb one stock was. Can’t wait to payoff my fixed tube stock version. Only downside is obviously factory mags and the lack of them out there as well as cost. Also on a side note buds layaway Is awesome, I wouldn’t have afforded some of the guns I bought when they caught me at the wrong time of wanting them.

The product is well made, wood stock feels confortable to the hand. And it looks nice for the project I have in mind. Didnt like that the top cover is polymer instead of metal. There are some machinning markings in some spots. It comes with one 5 round Mazaine, and original magazines are a bit expensive. Have not been to the range yet so cant coment on its relaibility. It feels well made except for the top cover. Also comes with user manual and a punch that I have no idea what its for. Shipping was fast given the fact that I am in Puerto Rico, it took less than a week to arrive. As of now I give it a 4 out of 5 just because I have not soot it and because I didnt like the top cover.

Let me start off by saying this is an absolute beast at the range. As I own an ak already it is easy to clean and breakdown. I put about 200 3 inch buckshot and about 100 slugs through it the first day I had it. Its holding together fine and the materials are quality. My biggest complaint is that the description clearly states it includes the chrome lined chokes but mine did not come with any and buds has not been all too helpful with fixing this issue and told me I was wrong and that this gun never had a threaded barrel when it clearly does. Also the one finger operated safety is not there as the picture shows but it’s a normal ak safety. Overall its a nice shotgun worth the money just don’t expect the chokes or one finger safety.

This is a fantastic shotgun and 100% reliable when using factory mags. I consider it perfect for both hunting and home defense and could not be happier with the gun or the service Buds Gun Shop provided.

This was my first purchase with Buds and the time it took for my firearm to arrive was amazing, fast and convenient, thank you Buds, I'll definitely be ordering from you guys again. The rifle is far more than what I expected, Molot knows how to make some AKs. Very tough and durable, came in already lubricated, shot off 200 rounds of cheap slugs and buckshot, not one problem, accurate as well. This is a shotgun that will be fun, reliable, and amazing to shoot for years to come!
