Relatives actually rode "shotgun" on a stagecoach. This was purchased in remembrance of them. Will be used for display and occasionally for fun.
I am a trap shooter- but don't think a 20" barrel will be good for trap.
This is a great looking sxs and i plan on using it long and hard but it will be the only gun to hand on the walls of my home

This shotgun is a thing of beauty. It's seriously the prettiest gun I own. It's extremely well-made, feels very solid. The checkering on the walnut and the engraving on the case hardened steel are both flawless. It's a little stiff to open and close right now, but it's brand new and it'll limber up over time. A little pricey, but 100% worth every penny. Thank you Buds.

Pretty nice for the money. The build quality seems pretty solid. This is middle of the road territory on side by side shotguns. The chemical case coloring is very nice, the engraving really looks great. I do have a few nitpicks.
The buttplate screws are plain jane phillips head wood screws.
The muzzles are chopped abd unfinished.
The black chrome on the barrels is pretty flat, looks almost like a semi gloss cerakote.
The wood could be nicer.
But honestly, this is the nicest side by side for anywhere close to a sane price. I'm happy with it, But I do feel like it could be a little bit nicer for the money.

Bud's Gunshop is a simple, misleading name for a first rate, highly competent gun company. Regarding the shotgun I bought, my interaction with the staff, and later electronic communication was far more professional, and timely, than experiences with so-called high tech companies such as AT&T, Microsoft etc. A pure pleasure to work with. Highest recommendation.

Very nice shotgun. Fit and finish is very good. Wood is finished in a rich color and fits to the metal with no gaps or rough edges. Case colors make this a real beauty and the blued finish of the barrels is very nice. Not inexpensive but well worth the money. Bud's service is excellent.

This is a BEAUTIFUL shotgun. Fit and finish are superb. I was a little concerned when I first found out it was not actually made by CZ but is made in Turkey by HUGLU. Don't be concerned. Those folks make some really nice firearms. I am so NOT disappointed. Highly recommended.

It has very nice fit and finish, a great partner to my Henry big boy, witch is also case hardened.
