The roots of the Browning BAR run deep - going back to John M. Browning's first design for the U.S. military during the First World War. The sporting BAR's contemporary design offers shooters and hunters a lightweight semi-automatic rifle with refinements not present in the most popular modern sporting rifles, including a gas-piston design. The BAR MK 3 DBM is a variation of the BAR design offering shooters a detachable box magazine with a magazine well instead of the standard hinged floor plate design. The DBM model also comes with QD swivel cups (QD sling swivels included), 1913 Picatinny rail scope bases, and an 18" hammer-forged barrel (an optimal length for a multipurpose rifle chambered in the venerable 308 Winchester cartridge).

The Browning Mk3 is a beautiful 308/7.62 semi-auto rifle. Typical Browning quality. Bud's always has the best price for high end rifles.

Just purchased the Browning Bar DBM from Bud's and cannot be happier. The gun is absolutely beautiful, as I just mounted a Nikon P-308 scope. The gun is so beautiful I purchased another one and plan to mount a red dot on the second one. Bud's service was super! Bud's was so easy to work with as ordering was simple, delivery was reliable, and no stress. I have ordered from other sites and the stress of working with an unproven seller can be stressful, but not with Bud's as their great reputation speaks for itself and really makes the entire purchase stress free. Cannot put a price on reliable, dependable stress free service. Nice job Bud's! Bud's is my go to gun site.

I'm 79 years old & bought on 8/9/17 to deer hunt with. Installed a Leopold 3 X 9 scope and went to my personal range, took all of 4 rounds to sight in rifle. Very happy with rifle rate 10 on 1 to 10 scale. Buds was another good experience for me . I always shop at Buds first. Thanks team Buds. Bob, Indiana
