• Q: Is this a right handgun? I know the safety is ambidextrous but the mag release is it right hand?

• Q: can you use +p ammo in this pistol ?

  Yes, +p ammunition is fine in this but any manufacturer recommends limited quantities because it can wear parts out quicker than standard velocity ammo but unless you're shooting thousands of rounds I doubt you'll ever notice a difference. Hope this helps.

  Douglas, yes Sir. This pistol comes in a hard plastic case with owners manual, warranty registration card (2) 17rd Magazines, cable lock, bore brush and Four interchangeable palmswell grip inserts for optimal hand fit and trigger reach: S, M, ML, L.

  If only it was that easy, this pistol is not on the roster so there is no way to legally buy it from Buds' for California. Currently the only S&W guns on the roster are the SD9/SD40, 22A, a few models of the Shield, and most revolvers. https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151003

• Q: Can this gun be shipped without magazines ? I live in not so free state and we only can have 10rd magazines. I don't see an option offering this gun with 10rd magazines.

  Jacek, Depends on what state. CO, MN, MD, and several other states can not have firearm altered in any way including removing the standard capacity magazine. If magazine is only issue and the state allows the firearm to be altered BUDs will ship with no magazine. Here is email from customer service--------"That is correct. As long as the capacity is the only thing, we can pull the magazine and ship the firearm."
