The M&P M2.0 pistol is designed for personal, sporting, and professional use. It delivers innovative features in nearly every aspect of the pistol, including trigger, grip, frame, and finish. Thank you Buds, I took possession of my M&P 2.0 40s&w today. I didn't know what to expect based on the other reviews and customer photos. My first impression, it is a beautiful firearm. It feels very sturdy and solid. It is a bit heavy fully loaded, but manageable. The grip is a bit rough as stated in a few other online and YT reviews, but not a deal breaker. For a full-size gun it is a perfect size for my hand, however it does come with interchangeable back straps. My only gripe is I wish it came in/with a hard case and not in a disposable cardboard box. It would really help when I take it out to the range to put the paces through it. Overall 15 rds of 40 cal in a concealable full size package, can't beat it.

The m&p 40 2.0 is an absolute beast mine has performed flawlessly and just has a great feel from the amazing grip to the very soft recoil for a .40 no hand shock what so ever came in a s&w case with 2 mags 4 backstraps n a lock shoots straight right out the box I love it n will have it for a very long time thank you budsgunshop for fantastic service and great firearms for good prices

Absolutely love this gun! I saw this and really liked the design then heard a lot of good things about it. It lives up to its reputation very well. Love the textured grip and how it feels in my hand. Fires great too. Nice easy trigger pull. I ran about 500 rounds through it and no jamming issues whatsoever. I also enjoyed purchasing from Bud's. Love the convenient layaway plan and fast shipping. Will be doing more business with them.

So far I have the Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 in the 9mm and now the .40. I haven't fired either too much as yet, but they both are vast improvements over their predecessors which I also own). Since they are both built on the same frame, the fit for my hand with the large inserts is absolutely perfect. The balance is very good and the improvement to the trigger is great as is the had grip angle. I retired in 2006 from a Law Enforcement career after 32 years and I wish either of these hand guns had been available during those years. Next purchase will probably be the M&P 2.0 in .45.
