  Thomas, from what I'm reading average groups at 15 yards is roughly 2.5-3 Inches. This will greatly depend though on shooters skill, ammo, if you are resting or free standing and so on. Hope this helps

  Most of the 380s are tight because they are blow back operated. I read the Glock 42 is a locked breech 380 and therefore easier to rack. I would suggest going to a local gun shop to inspect and narrow your options.
