The subcompact model of the renowned P30 handgun, P30SK (SubKompact) series has all of the sought-after characteristics of the larger frame P30 and P30L pistols but in a more concealable design.
The completely adjustable P30 grip feature — consisting of interchangeable backstraps and lateral grip panels — is replicated in the ultra-compact grip frame of the P30SK. This allows the pistol to be easily modified to fit to any individual user.
And like its larger frame counterparts, the P30SK is available in multiple trigger firing modes including HK’s enhanced double action only “Law Enforcement Modification (LEM).” For the P30SK, the LEM trigger is configured with a “light strike V1” setup — requiring approximately 5.4 pounds-force to pull the trigger.
Other trigger modes include conventional double action/single action (DA/SA) with a serrated decocking button located on the rear of the frame. The DA/SA mode is available with and without dual ambidextrous manual safeties located on the left and right side of the frame. Other ambidextrous controls include dual slide and magazine release levers. Like all P30 pistols, the P30SK features an automatic hammer safety and firing pin safety.
An abbreviated Picatinny rail molded into the front of the frame enables weapon lights, lasers, or other accessories to be easily mounted. All P30SK models have been extensively tested during a three year development process.
Despite their small size, P30SK subcompacts have excellent weight and balance making them naturally pointable, easy to control, and accurate to shoot; currently available in 9 mm.

What can I say, it’s H&K and all of excellence that goes along with it. My only issue is that the front corner of the rail chipped at some point, not sure how that happened, just cosmetic and didn’t interfere with my laser mounted on it.

The HK P30SK Lite LEM screams quality. It's also a feature full handgun, and was exceptionally priced at Bud's. The LEM trigger gives it the inherent safety and comfort of a double-action pull, but with the light feel of most current polymer striker-fired handguns on the market. For the child safety conscious, but without incorporating a thumb flip safety, there is a neat hidden switch within the magwell to disable the firearm using an included tool. This gun is probably the most accurate and best feeling subcompact that I've personally experienced, and shoots like the cliched "bigger gun", while using the magazines with a pinky rest insert or without. The only negatives I can say of the gun is a longer reset than ideal, a "different" double action trigger pull to learn, albeit very light and easy, and for some reason the follower in the magazines get chewed up quickly by the bullets, but research on that issue is after the initial damage the gun and magazines aren't really affected and perform as needed. The paddle magazine release may also be different enough to deter someone, but it works very well and is ambidextrous. I strongly recommend this gun, or others in the HK P30 line.

This is My dream pistol, out of all the firearms that I posses, I am pleased to report that this weapon feels good in the hand, and my hands are large and I felt this way from the first time that I asked to look at it at my local gun store over 3years ago. fit and finish is HK quality through and through. this is going to be used as my personal defense CCW. though I have not shot this one yet, I know that it will be accurate and reliable. I am particularly glad to be a team buds member, which helped me with a problem with the order, thanks team buds. I highly recommend this gun with the LEM trigger, even though I like the security of the manual safety, which is missing from mine. Night sights, 3 mags, LEM you score big, good shooting to all.

This is a very well made pisto!l feels great in your hand which Is what h&k is known for. It's a bit on the heavy side but the accuracy and the feel and quality makes up for it. I bought the lem trigger which I love but is offered in a few different versions. H&k is a bit pricey but its hard to beat the quality! (Imo) the European mag release takes a bit to get used to but I kinda didnt mind it after shooting it for a bit. Mine came with 3 mags and several different grip size adjustments. I would definitely recommend this gun.

I got this HK p30sk about a month and a half ago. It is the best handgun I ever owned. Has a great positive grip, good balance, and a accurate shooter. This gun is one of the most reliable as I have put approx. 400 flawless rounds thru it to date. No malfunctions. Reliability is very important to me and this gun has it in spades. Thanks to Bud's for an ultra easy purchase and quick delivery. Highly recommended as it is a great duty and range gun.

What can I say ...HK is the best. Great gun with Night Sights and the Grip is amazing in the hand. Shoots perfect with 200 rounds of mixed 9mm without one failure. Buds is great. Sent me a New 2018 HK New gun within days of ordering with free shipping to my dealer. You want to enjoy a gun to carry in the sun than come to Arizona. Thanks Buds and I will always carry an HK forever.

It appears that I have a new everyday carry gun. I have carried a Sig p290RS for years and I still love the single stack dimensions and the overall performance of the gun, but the HK P30SK that I recently purchased via Bud's is by far the best handgun I've owned. The weight, dimensions, capacity, caliber and balance of the gun is exemplary, but the LEM trigger is what makes this firearm unique and a pleasure to shoot. The light takeup, the smooth release, and the limited return all combine to improve accuracy and reacquisition of the target. The gun rises little and is easy to control. The lack of a safety with such a light trigger has heightened my already vigilant sense of safety, but all together this is a fine example of a firearm with a 10-shot capacity. It is a bit large for concealment as I am a 5'6" guy, but during the winter months it will be easy and during the summer I'll likely carry the Sig or even my Ruger LCP. Bud's was quick, simple, and accurate. The chosen FFL dealer did their part and there were no complications. Well done.
