Hi, This magazine will pretty much work on all AR15 in 5.56. That being said, ProMag (The maker of Rollermag) has mixed reputation for quality of their magazine. I recommend looking at other option such as magpul instead. I hope this helps.

The 40 round Rollermag is an alright magazine...if you really need the extra rounds. Through some training for our safety team however, I became aware that the extra distance the mag extends can hamper speed as it can catch on a sleeve or coat, etc. It takes some extra mindfulness when speed counts. I now find myself mostly using the standard mags and use these for backups.

Not worth it. I’ve fired maybe 30/200 rounds out of it. Doesn’t work with 223. Also has a feeding issue with 556. For 10 extra rounds it isn’t worth the hassle and headache. Will remain on my shelf collecting dust. Just get a drum.
