Great barrel, easy to install. Haven't tried a suppressor, but find that it's quite accurate with the supplied stainless steel thread cap.

Installation is super easy. I have not had a chance to get to the range,however, I do not expect any issues.
Order a thread protector while you are at it, since it is not included.
There is an additional piece that allows you to remove the threaded portion and have the barrel appear "unthreaded".

The description read that the swap out of the non-threaded to the threaded barrel was simple to accomplish. We that could not have been any more true. This was the most simple barrel change out I have ever been a part to. Only down side is that the barrel does not come with a thread protector for threaded barrel attachment, but finding one was very simple. All in all is was a great buy at a great price.

The part is standard issue OEM. Had an address issue and customer service took care of it with no worries. Shipping updates were lacking but I think that was on the USPS side.

Genuine Ruger barrel fits perfectly in the SR22 pistol (3.5”). Remove original barrel and replace with the threaded barrel using the supplied tools . Everything you need to swap out barrels is supplied by Ruger. I highly recommend this item and Bud’s Gun Shop.

I was very impressed with this "kit". The installation was simple. Mine came with an extra bolt/washer, a hex wrench, and a skinny wrench to tighten the thread adapter and thread cap (when not using the adapter). The quality is the same as the barrel you are replacing. I was impressed by the tight tolerances when the adapter or thread protector is installed... the transition from barrel to adapter was perfectly smooth on mine.

Fits my ruger perfect.I replaced my old barrel and was shooting in a mater of minutes, really.
