Bought a Charter Arms Pitbull 45cal. Fast shipping and exactly what I wanted. Very happy with the revolver. Also bought bulk ammunition 380 and 9mm. No problems with either. Very happy with the service, products, and follow up from Buds. Will shop there again and have already recommended Buds to my friends.

The Charter Arms 64520 Pitbull is everything I was looking for in a .45 cal revolver. The trigger
is a comfortable 9 1/2 lbs double action. Extremely smooth with no glitch. Single action is a perfect
3 1/2 lb single action with no creep. Over travel is slight and more than acceptable. Accuracy is
superb with 3/4 inch @ 10 yds and 1.1/8 inch at 20 yds using a veriety of ammo from 230 grn ball,
200 grn semi-wadcutter, 200 grn swaged rn, 225 grn Winchester etc.
I am as pleased with this revolver as I am with my .44 Bulldog. All of my double action
revolvers are Smith & Wesson with the exception of my two Charter Arms.
I will be purchasing a 74530 as soon as it becomes available.

Well I received my Charter Arms pit bull 45 acp revolver last Tuesday 12/12/2017 from my FFL dealer the gun seemed perfect! Wednesday after work I went outside to shoot the gun. The first eight shoots were fine then when I shot the 10th shot the gun was extremely loud! Well when I looked at the gun the whole barrel was gone. I could have been injured or worse!! It blew into a million pieces I guess, because I never found any parts. I went all around the area in my yard where I was shooting with a big heavy duty magnet on wheels!! But I never found any pieces of the barrel. I have pictures but I don't see where I can attach them to my review. Their going to replace my gun with a new gun I'm just waiting for the FedEx package so I can send it back. Customer service seemed concerned and took care of everything as long as I receive my gun back all is fine.

I received the gun from BUDS one week after I purchased by ACH payment, took the gun to the range next day first 50 rounds of full metal jacket good shoots little low, second box all kinds of problems the timing is out cylinder got locked hammer locked with some tweaking got it open and I was done for the day. Called Charter Arms they send a service tag by FEDEX in 15 minutes printed and sent back to Charter Arms. Hopefully they fix it right on the first time,because I really like this gun I only shoot 45acp since I sold all my other revolvers because I just want it to keep one pistol caliber in stock. I really want this revolver to be fixed until I get it back from Charter Arms I am giving a 3 star, 5 star for good customer service and 2 star for the gun.
