  Hi Steve, unfortunately this one is not on the CA approved handgun roster. There are two Mark IV guns on the roster, 40187 and 40183.

• Q: Why can I not find this exact set up but in purple? I mean buds has the purple one but no pick rail on the bottom of the barrel. In fact black is the only color I can find with a pick rail on the bottom? Thanks team buds.

• Q: Can u remove the top picatinny rail?

  Daniel, Yes it is removable and from experience if you don't take it off and put lock tite or nail polish etc. on the screws will back out themselves. be careful because the screw holes go all the way through frame to the bolt and don't want fastener lock material on bolt.
