Daniel Defense MK12 223 Remington/5.56 NATO AR15 Semi Auto Rifle

Glad I got this rifle when it was at a lower price. First off, beautiful rifle. This gray is awesome. Mine did come to me with a loose gas block. Loose enough to move easily with my hand. I emailed DD to make sure I can fix this without affecting any warranty. They apologized for the gas block, and assured me it would be ok to fix myself. Not sure what happened on assembly?? I took both set screws out, cleaned the threads, high temp Loctite, and re-installed. Easy enough fix without the hassle of shipping. Was I disappointed that a top tier rifle company would let this pass through? Yes I was. But, I do know DD is high quality, and would not hesitate to buy another DD product. I know things like this happen. Haven't had a chance to shoot more than a few rounds through it yet, but I'm sure it will be a great shooter.

Like any DD gun - this MK12 doesn't disappoint. Not a "real" MK12 but I don't care, I wanted the features and not the name. This is going to be a good DMR rifle. Let me start by first saying that this is the same rifle listed on the DD website, mine was built 6-6-18 and has a black barrel and a 32 round clip included (same as the UPC for DD website). I think the info above on the rifle at Bud's may be old and need to be updated as I didn't receive a 20 round clip and the barrel wasn't silver. Trigger is awesome and the overall feel of the furniture is incredible (beard tested). Mounted up an Atlas Bipod and a FFP 3x18-50mm scope and it's a tack driver. Already saving for my next Daniel Defense weapon, this has been a great experience!!
