G2 Research's Civic Duty expanding self-defense round has a Trocar design of solid copper that is a R.I.P. fragmenting projectile. This 9mm expands 2.5 times its initial diameter after coming into contact with a fluid medium. The extreme expansion leads to 100 percent energy transfer and 99.9 percent weight retention inside the intended target without concern of over penetration in CQB situations.

No problem shooting these out of my Glock 43x, these and the G2 research RIP’s are good rounds for self defense.

Unfortunately my Glock 19 gen 5 didn't like these too well ! Jammed on the first shot ! Reason I feel I have to give a low star ! A lot of money for the round but when you can't shoot it, it's a waste !
