This is the original "man-stopper" or "fight-stopper" made famous in the 1970's among LEO's all across the United States! What more can you really say? I can tell you it is consistent, accurate, and STOUT! If you're used to shooting .38 Special or 9mm, you are really gonna know you've pulled the trigger on a different kind of animal! From a 4" or 6" revolver, the report is LOUD (I highly discourage shooting these without hearing protection!) and half the time there is quite a fireball from the muzzle and cylinder gap, so use in low light conditions at your own discretion, but realize, it's probably gonna be bright. Recoil is very subjective and while I don't consider myself recoil-sensitive, I also don't consider these to be gentle loads. The snappy nature of lighter revolver (anything smaller than a K-Frame) may prove to be prohibitive for some people. I have no doubt that these are fantastic rounds for stopping an aggressive threat; just be aware that they very powerful and require a steady hand.

My purchase of Remington Ammunition UMC 357 Mag 125 gr Semi-Jacketed Hollow Point 100rd Bx Value Pack will be my last time buying remington umc ammo. I have shot much cheap and mid range and premium ammo out of my 357. This was the most dirty, mule kicking ammo bar none. Kicks harder than 3 other brands of 148, 158 and 125 grain ammo. The flash of the cartrage was nearly blinding in the day and the smoke was like that of a black powder round. I find it hard to beleve this is listed on the box for hunting and target use. I find it hard to believe I am out over a dollar a round for this. If tula made a .357 ammo it would be better. I want a zero rating.

I can't say anything for or against this ammo, I haven't had a chance to get to the range for some more practice since I received it. But the delivery was quick and arrived safely. More later.

Remington ammunition never disappoints and reasonably priced. I used it in my S&W 356 Model 686-6” barrel and my Charter Arms 357 Mag Pug. Lets you know that you’re shooting powerful deadly rounds. Nice kick with a nice bang! Manny
