  Brandon, yes Sir. I own this and the 16rd six inch Big Rock and have had zero issues with Underwood, Buffalo Bore or Doubletap Heavy loads. They have a fully supported chamber so no worries. Cheers and stay safe!

• Q: Is this Gun thicker then the Standard 1911 ?

  Tim, both the .45 and 10mm FSHC are thicker than a standard 1911 A1 and will fit slightly tighter in a standard 1911 holster but won't be an issue. Cheers and stay safe!

  Yes, this is a double stack magazine 1911 so both para ordinances 12 and 14 round magazine will fit and function just fine. Hope this helps.

  Out of the two I'd go with the California compliant model because ma compliant models have to have a heavy trigger believe 10+ pounds to be legal. So ca compliant models better. Hope this helps.

  I have a Para-Ordnance 14-45 and anyone who has one knows it's VERY difficult to get parts for, even sights. I was lucky enough to find Dawson Precision (https://dawsonprecision.com/sights/para-usa-sights/) and they were able to set me up with not only matching sites, but matching NIGHT SITES!!!!. I think they can help you here.

  yes they will. However like most 1911 parts they may require fitting (this is just the nature of the 1911)

• Q: I'm just double-checking and triple checking before I purchase this gun to make sure that the 14 Round Rock Island magazine will fit in this even though it is CA compliant. Is this true?

  Yes it will Liewellyn, the 10rd and 14rd magazines are the same physical size. The 10rd magazine just has an internal blocker to limit round count.
