I have five 1911s of various makes and this just made the top of the list. It fed every type of ammo I fed it without any sort of malfunction. All I did was put some night sights on it and it is absolutely perfect. The trigger is crisp, the safety is fantastic and the finishes unmatched. I am a very happy camper.

I received my RIA FS Nickle .45, I am very happy with this pistol, No Issues in shooting, It keeps a nice tight grouping, Very happy with this pistol indeed, for the price of this pistol, and the way it handles and shoots, I guarantee you'll be satisfied. I have Colt's a S&W 1911s and this baby, shoots just the same as them, very nice. Thank You Buds Gun Shop :-)

I was glad to find this little gem at Bud's! Don't see the Rock's in nickel finish very often and I have a 9mm commander version from them so I knew it was a quality 1911. Have had zero issues so far with it, but I've only put 150 rounds thru it. And as usual, Bud's was awesome! I have purchased a few firearms with them and will continue to do so.... I have another revolver in layaway now!

I have now owned this gun for a little more than a year.(RIA M1911 A1 45ACP). After many hundreds of rounds, This has become one of my favorite 45 ACP'S. Not even one problem (AT ALL)!! Maybe I just received the best one made, I don't know but would recommend this handgun all day long to anyone. I would just suggest that it be well cleaned and lubed after every shooting session, That's all I have done. As far as Buds goes, They should be teaching classes on customer service! They are a wonderful business to deal with, As usual! James, Cocoa Fl.

Great Pistol ! I received the pistol all wrapped in oil. cleaning was no real issue, went out put 200 rounds with no issues at all. Every shot hit the target ( 6 inch steel plates) from 7 to 25 yards. I will get another ! Buds was great as usual.

This is a very nice gun.The finish was good and the rubber grips felt really nice.It ate various types of 45 acp ammo without a hitch.This is my third RIA and i highly recommend this one.Buds was awesome as usual.

Nice looking gun for a nice price, but after about 700 rounds through mine, with many different brands of ammo, and several different brands of magazines (including the mag supplied) I have consistent FTF problems with this pistol, using only hardball, on the order of one failure per about 50-70 rounds. The gun is accurate and fun to shoot, but very unreliable. Packaging was meager and it did not come with the proper instruction manual for this model.
