Had no issues with it. Has not jammed the first time or failure to feed. Use Hornady ammunition with it can’t go wrong.

Just picked mine up today shipped super fast I ordered it two days ago. It came in a nice hardshell case, everything wrapped separately so condition was amazing no scuffs on anything. The gun itself is a beast very well made, I'm extremely happy with my purchase

The excellent customer service department is always willing to help with questions. I researched Desert Eagles for at least two years before pulling the trigger. I have looked at multiple gun shows in various states looking for the perfect fit. The 44-50 combo is it, it took one week after payment for the weapon to arrive, and I took it to the range the next day. This 44 mag shoots dead on with the right ammo; I tried some cheap stuff; all it did was stove pipe "listen to the manual and instructions." I shot 100 rounds at 25 yards, all inside a paper plate circle. The 50 action express (AE) was an incredible first shot bull's eye next 39 rounds; however, I did not have the same outcome I was just too excited to carry proper sight picture and trigger squiz. There was never good breathing technique with the 50AE or follow through simply to fricken impressive to concentrate next time will be better. Budsguns has made me a happy client for the third firearm purchase from there company. I am at 18 years in the U.S. Army with four deployments to the sandbox plus other unusual deployments, and this is definitely my firearm of choice. Great Big Thank You, Buds!

When this giant hunk of steel bundled as .44 Mag/.50 AE arrived I was quite impressed with the quality of the Mark XIX Desert Eagle. I tested interchangeability and found that swapping barrels and magazines can be done on the fly with very little effort and difficulty, this makes it a breeze to bring .44 Mag and .50 AE ammunition to the range if you want to have a fun day or to your preferred hunting spot if you decide to use it for hunting medium or large game animals or defense against dangerous game animals while hunting or hiking. The handgun overall feels more like a hand held cannon and has an awkward feel to it at first due to the weight and dimensions but after awhile it grows on you and it seems to just fit your hand better after a short time down the line. I only managed to put two eight round magazines of .44 Mag through this monster due to the winter season in Minnesota, time constraints of my normal range and due to my job schedule, I found the handgun had a small issue of returning to full battery after the first few shots and dropped the magazine cleared the chamber and inspected the carrier, slide, barrel/ramp and magazine. I did not see any new or unseen damage on my first inspection and surmised this was not a defect or issue with the gun itself and just needed a soft tap/gentle push to the rear of the slide to get it to enter full battery when I finished inspecting the handgun and returned to shooting, the overall fitting of all the weapons components appeared to be an aggressively strict standard for measuring, cuts, polishing, fitting and just means you need to break it in and have fun breaking it in but remember safety is priority while breaking in or shooting any firearm so remember the fundamental rules of gun safety! After a single magazine of .44 Mag the gun itself loosened up quite nicely and feeds without issue but I have had not tried any .50 AE at this time as I am waiting for some to be shipped in to a store closer to me. Buds was amazing for their speedy shipping also their 3 month layaway plan and for the owner of Whisper Firearms for teaching me more of the Mark XIX Desert Eagle/other firearms and offering me services/deals on other sporting items! I recommend this Mark XIX Desert Eagle in either .44 Mag/.50 AE or both if you get the bundle as it is more of an exotic purchase for fun or to use it for hunting medium/large game and defense against dangerous game. Great gun waited a long time for this to be back in stock when I got it not sure if that’s because DE only makes a limited number of the combo but for the price it’s the best way to go I just wish they would’ve came in stainless steel, but if your looking for a DE the combo is the best way to go that way you can save a little money running.44 mag and it’s a little easier on the hands ....This was best price I could find Buds always ships fast and great service.

ok, I can't remember whether I fired 6 shots or only 5, but in all the excitement of firing this Desert Eagle for the first time, I kinda lost track :) 1. Remember, when you get this weapon, field strip it and clean / oil it well. I followed my own instruction with the exception of cleaning the 44mag barrel, yet when I attempted to use the barrel without cleaning it, I got FTF (Fail To Feed - massive jams). After cleaning this gun performs awesome. 2. Clean your wep - can't say it enough. This gun is amazing, so much, I named it "wrong" - cause when you fire it, you say "That's just wrong!" - excellent wep.
