went bang every time for me no problems no bite I have large hands didn’t run into an issue with the hammer. Pretty smooth shooter. Size fooled me though I thought it was gonna be smaller for some reason it’s actually pretty sizable comes with extra grips quality was a little poor I had to modify them a little to fit.

Least expensive Detective Special-type snubbie out there. This is just what you’d expect: a no-nonsense DA six-shooter in .38 Spl ( NO +p, in case you’re wondering). They throw in a set of molded grips, too, but I prefer the stock wood grips.

For $260 it's dang good snub nose revolver does what it needs to do and does it fine it's the perfect vehicle gun to keep and just leave there

Nice little pistol! Great trigger pull.A little on the heavy side,but smooth! No "dead spots"! Shot 3 types of ammo on the 1st. trip to the range Fed.AE 130 gr. FMJ My own 125gr. FMJ and Rem. 125gr.SJHP+P.@ 10yrds ea. Got a good set of snaps caps&dry fired it 500-1000 times beforehand.There is a cutout on the top strap for the rear site,a little "Flurry White" nail polish& some "Street Walker Red" polish on the front ramp sight improves the sight picture. If you upgrade to a Pachmayr CD-G grip it gives it a great feel!! However,you can't use the HKS "DS" speedloaders with that grip.You can use them with the factory provided grips. The polymer grip I found to we the min.size for my hands. I think The wood grips should be discontinued and an nicer,full-size options be offered on the Companies website? Look forward to picking up the M-200 next month.

Bought this in August, and have taken it to the range twice, shooting just over 100 rounds. It handled semi-wadcutters, round nose lead, and +P jacketed holow points with ease. I was concerned that it may have a timing or lockup issue based on articles I've read, but the revolver performed flawlessly. The trigger in DA is a bit stiff, but I shoot SA - the trigger is light and crisp, better than about any gun I've ever owned. It shoots accurately and reliably. Fit and finish is flawless. I disagree with people who say this gun is "great for the price". The gun is great at any price. Buds was fast and sure with delivery.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this gun is given its low price. I was also surprised at how accurate it is for a two inch barrel budget revolver. Small grip will tax the web of your hand , but not to the point of turning you off to shooting it. I’ve put around 300 rounds through mine so far.

Nice simple and very functional revolver. Only issue was frame above grip had somewhat sharp edges and bit hand with recoil. Problem solved by rounding/smoothing out with a fine file and touch up on the bluing afterwards.
