  This is intended to mount to a picatinny rail section. I have no access to your account information to look at what rifle you have, but if you have a handguard with a picatinny rail on the bottom you are good to go. I believe all of the Saint models these days have an M-Lok handguard from the factory which would not work.
• Q: So will the UTG RB-FGRP172B UTG Combat Grip AR-15/M-16 Polymer fit and work well on the S&W M&P 15-22?

• Q: Is this the front grip handle for my left hand (right hand for lefties) for an ar-15 .223 Remington/5.56? Does it mount to the top picatinny rail and extend underneath for grip

  This is ambidextrous and mounts to the bottom picatinny rail (if present). If you have a M-Lok, Key-Mod or Madpul hand guard, you should install the shortest picatinny rail piece that the hand guard will fit on to save adding unnecessary weight to your rifle.
