High capacity, accurate, functional firearm. Lightweight but handles recoil well. No issues yet with various ammo types and manufacturers. Not for the inexperienced with no manual safety. Would recommend.

Great gun for a amazing price. Have fired several hundred rounds through it with different brands of ammo with zero failures.

Not worth the money. I had no failures with handgun but take down wasn't as easy as with glock tabs hard to get. did not fit me well & showed with inaccuracy .

Came across this for a great deal @ buds and am very happy so far. Before I even shot the pistol I upgraded to the Apex trigger and spring kit and am considering making this my daily carry. Trigger reset is the biggest downfall as you basically fully release the trigger before it "clicks". but all in all I'd buy it again.

I once had a SD9VE and LOVED it but traded it off for a bigger better firearm. Being that the SD9VE was a good gun (IMHO) I ordered a SD9. What a POS! Doesn't fire most of the time and when it does you need both finger to pull the trigger. Bud's did their job, no complaints there, but Smith and Wesson dropper the ball on this handgun. I'll bet it NEVER made it to QC. Soooooo back to S&W it goes, hope they make it right for me. 8-(

To the SD9 out as soon as it arrived at my FFL Dealer! Ordered on Saturday and it arrived the following Friday. Loaded both mags with Winchester White box 9mm. Gun failed to eject 1 round, 2nd round and all the way to the 16th round. Inserted the next mag and had the same issue. Very disappointed but Buds shipping was great and customer service was good as well. Off to Smith&Wesson this SD 9 goes for repair!
