I'm very pleased with the quality and workmanship of this pistol. The fitting and alignment of all parts is spot on. The accuracy is awesome. I shot spent 12 gauge hulls at 12 yards. Love the the short barrel and birdshead grip. I plan on using it for SASS matches.

Totally satisfied with my Uberti - Cimarron Thunderer purchase. Great fit and finish, no cylinder wobble. Trigger breaks at a consistent 3.7 - 3.8 #'s. Can't wait to find the proper leather to compliment this weapon. If you're into old west firearms, I highly recommend The Thunderer be added to your collection also. This is my third Uberti S/A purchase and I have not been disappointed by any of them.

This is a very good clone of a Colt thunderer (although it's not double action like an authentic Thunderer). It shoots well and is quite simply beautiful. I did have a problem with the cylinder locking up, but that was my fault, not Cimarrons. I load my own shells and had a high primer slip through my quality control. I contacted Bud's, who was awesome! They put me in touch with a tech at Cimarton, and he was awesome too! He said they could not warranty the pistol because I was shooting reloads (and I didn't expect them too). But he did spend a LOT of time walking me through how to solve the issue on my own. Because of the high level of customer service I received from both Bud'd and Cimarron, they have a customer for life in me. Rest at ease that this gun is exceptional and of high quality. I will buy from these two again.
