This is what I carried with me when I was on duty, never had a misfire. Very accurate, was able to ring the gong at 100 yards out of my Glock 17. In ballistics Gelatin has great mushrooming and good penetration. This is all I will ever carry.

Shoots incredibly soft this did shoot better than my 115 Blazers was softer I dunno how hornady makes such powerful rod shoot so softly but they do. My goto ammo loaded in my EDC and anything else like truck guns etc.

I use these rounds for my (off-duty/retired) carry of my S&W 6906. I have qualified with the .357Sig version of this round in my Sig P-229. I observed these rounds, have a flatter path as the distance to the target gets longer. I never encountered a failure of any type with these rounds in any caliber. I have used this ammo in magazines from different manufacturers without any failures. You can't beat Bud's prices or availability of this ammo, when other stores charge almost double the price for what a 20 round count of this ammo goes for.

27 years in the U.S. Army has taught me one very important thing: accuracy can make all the difference in the world. I paired the Hornady Critical Duty rounds to my Sig Sauer M18 with iridium sights and modified spring and trigger assembly. I shot 5 different rounds and filmed each to ensure maximum time on target with minimum raise in barrel while rapid firing on a 25 yard silouette. While I cannot say the consistency was a result of the rounds and my set up...I can say I loved how my groups looked and how easy it was to field clean my weapon!
