The quality of this pouch was not an issue. I felt the description of the product was misleading. The description stated it was a pouch for a M3, TLR1 weapons light. The TLR1 does fit into the pouch but the strap is useless for a TLR1. It can only be used for a flashlight holder strap. The entire TLR1 fits down completely into the pouch with nothing really holding it in place. The strap does no good for the light that the product description states it is for. This pouch is more for a TL-2 or a Scorpion flashlight.
