You need to be a serious gun owner before buying, since you are going to have to make it 922r compliant! You will have to buy a recoil tube, to replace the current one! Before you attempt, you must make it 922r compliant, so you need to replace 4 parts. In order to make it a 7 1 tube and collapsed stock. The recoil tube is fixed with one slot for stock, rearward. You will need a high dollar heat gun or torch, to heat the green Loctite, off the castle nut on recoil tube. In order to make it adjustable. Make sure you make it 922r, before you do so!
The Gun I received was brand new, with new factory smell in box. I check the internal receiver frame, to make sure it had the grease from factory, an it did! So it was never opened, out of the plastic sleeves! Overall it’s still amazing firearm. The down side is it’s going to cost me, additional 1,600.00~2,200.00 dollars just to make it the way, I want it! So you realize you need [3-4k] just to make it, 922r compliant with 7 1 and collapsed stock. This is my dream gun! The limited edition flag is really on the side, I would recommend buying it, if you want the collapsible stock, so you don’t have to buy it separate! It’s sad the barrel is just smooth bore, without a threaded choke insert!

A:Brian, I would not hesitate on this trade from the M3 Super 90 to the Benelli M1014. I don't have the Benelli M1014 but do have an M4 and the build quality is excellent. Benelli is a world class Shotgun maker. Cheers and stay safe! -

A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip is restricted in NJ. A:This one should be fine as the stock is fixed in place and not actually telescoping. CA law bans the combination of a telescoping/folding stock with a pistol grip. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdfSee 3 more answers | -

A:Joseph, The skeletonized stock is fixed. The Benelli M1014 Limited Edition comes standard with a fixed-position skeletonized stock with a pistol grip and separate cheek piece. Like other M1014 versions, the shotgun can be quickly disassembled without tools and the stock is interchangeable with accessory field or pistol-grip stocksSee 3 more answers | -

A:This is the M1014 model and not just the M4 model. The Benelli M4 Tactical shotgun is a unique, Auto-Regulating Gas-Operated (A.R.G.O.) semi-auto. The M4 Tactical is the combat service shotgun of the U.S. Joint Services today. Originally designed in 1998 for the U.S. Marine Corps, the M4 (M1014) was extensively tested at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. It proved totally reliable for safety, function, and performance.See 3 more answers | -

A:Ben, yes the image is correct but it isn't the fully adjustable stock as the post it is mounted on is slightly different. Basically it is a one position setup.See 3 more answers | -
