• Q: Now wait one minute. These are factory Fiocchi range rounds. So you only get a squib 1 out of 100,000> ?? My Buddy works for the FBI, he says it is common 1 to 2 every 3 to 5,000 rounds. When I go to the range i basically shoot that little gun up to 300 times until i get feed problems due to it gettting to dirty. Then it show signs of jamming.

  Understood Ben, but mine was just an opinion. No manufacturer is immune to an occasional. over charged, under charged or no charged round. Only a sparse few are ever pulled for inspection. Even the Big manufacturers let an occasional round get by them from time to time. Bullet setback from an improper crimp could produce an over pressure situation if the bullet is forced back in the case when chambered as well.

• Q: Yes I was at the range today. Bought it in later paert of may this year. I have shot over 3000 rounds thru it. maybe 2 squibs and one that got stuck in barrel. Well today it blew up out the ejecter part of the slide. Barrel is empty, nothing jammed. The shell is still in the end of the barrel. but the side is blown off. No dame age to my hand. Any ideas? i spoke to Sig and they said send fotos. They got them and what will they say? My FBI buddy says it is an overloaded charge, any thoughts?

  Ben, my guess would also be an over/double charged round. This would produce an over pressure spike that would do the type of damage you report. I would see what Sug has to say and hopefully they will do the honorable thing and replace your pistol. I'm glad you were not seriously hurt in this ordeal.

  it has to be switched on manually but it is very quick once you practice a little. It’s ambidextrous operation has two selectable modes to choose from: a steady or pulsing laser.

  Hi Christopher, Sig website they list 7.5lbs. The Trigger pull is almost 7 lbs. The trigger weight listed on the SIG site is totally meaningless. I speak from experience! This gun is SA only. DA pull is listed as NA. My 5 pull average on a Lyman electronic gauge - 6lb-11oz
