  Beretta CX4 Storm 9mm comes in two versions, one that takes Baretta 92 magazine and one that takes PX4 Storm magazine. This particular gun that you are looking at will take PX4 Storm 9mm magazine (According to the description).

• Q: I already asked but i've heard conflicting stories. I have this on layaway until next week, but I gotta know. Does this 2020 model sold by Bud's have 2 20rd mags or 17 mags. Answers from people who bought the item without the rail kit plz.

  Joseph, none other than the 17rd magazine Sir. I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  Darnell, no Sir. The CX4 is a rifle, and has pistol grip so is considered an "assault weapon" in communist states. The thumb hole makes it illegal due to being able to wrap thumb around grip.
