Why does this version cost more than the one that comes with the Tailhook arm-brace version On Bud's? What am I missing?

Although our profit margin remains unchanged, our advertised prices will change frequently, sometimes several times per day.

It is the same base model, and prices reflect a set mark up percentage that doesn't change, based on what the specific distributor will charge buds to restock the item. Sometimes similar items come from multiple distributors, so the distributor with this base model is still charging buds a higher price to restock this particular item. Id say either wait for the distributors pricing to catch up (which the price will them drop) or buy the tailhook model.

Could be multiple things different about the two guns. Or buds goes by stock so each warehouses price could vary by a decent amount.

From what I've read all of the new A3's are coming with the enhanced flat trigger, buds just got this shipment in less then 2 weeks ago, so yes it would come with the flat trigger upgrade. You could confirm this with buds customer service by Call buds during buissnes hours at 859-368-0371, 9am-9pm eastern Mon-Fri Or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and closed Sunday

Rommell, you can add a Folding Brace without changing the classification from a handgun to a Short Barrel Rifle. https://hbindustries.net/store/shop/stribog-bt-type-stock-brace-adapter-sbt/

Adding any type of stock to this would make it into a short barrel rifle (SBR) which is a Class III weapon and all NFA rules will apply. You would have to find an Class III FFL dealer and go through the process, $200 tax, finger prints, paperwork and ultimately wait for it to come back. You could add a brace which does not qualify it as an SBR.
