Steyr Zephyr II .22 LR 5 round 19.7 barrel Full Stock - Blue/Black, 19.7" Barrel, 5 Rounds, Wood, Walnut Stock

An absolute gem, stunning with the woodgrain & overall fit and finish. Steyr does not build sub-par anything. I am not of the age to state I can remember the "good ole days" of US manufacturing directly. That said, my 1st gun is a Remington 514 .22lr single shot, I still have it because it was my first gun and a gift from my father. Sentimental value far exceeds any monetary value that I would be offered to part with the 514. This Steyr Zepher II appears to be of the same manufacturing mentality to "give a rip" for the products your factory turns out similar to what I believe was in place when my 514 was manufactured. This Steyr Zepher II full stock is of a class much higher than that 514 though. The Zepher II full stock is balanced, an absolute perfect fit (for me at least) when bringing it to shoulder for perfect iron sight picture, magazine fed (look on interweb to find truth on what .22lr mags to use with this gun and where to buy them...) & just classy in a world fully of plastic/black/tac-tic-cool options. If you are a unicorn hunter or real small game hunter & need to have something different that is perfect or superior in function to what you are probably using, any of the Steyr Zepher II's fits that build. I wouldn't use it as a "paddle" for a boat or as another simple tool but its Mannox finish would probably allow you to do so...if you wanted to. This Steyr Zepher II is a keeper.
