Brandon, yes this will shoot high velocity slugs in the 1400-1600 fps range. G Force recommends the use of ammo that is 1300 fps or higher, either 2 3/4" or 3" shells. G Force also recommends using only rifled with the cylinder or improved cylinder chokes. Have a great day!

Brandon, this has a 3 inch chamber so it will safely shoot both 2-3/4 inch and 3 inch shells. It will shoot bird shot, buck shot or rifled slugs. Since its semi automatic higher velocity ammo is recommended so slugs with 1400-1600 fps will work great. Hope this helps.

Out the box i gave it a quick cleaning and ohhhh boooy.... Absolutely fun, fun, fun. I took this out to the range and i shot about 300 rounds of 1550 fps and i had absolutely ZERO issues. For the price i paid and the service i got from BUDS, im definitely getting another one for my collection (THE AMERICAN FLAG ONE).!! Love buying my equipment from Buds.

Hello, Purchased this semi-auto shotgun for home defense. Using Fiocchi Defense Dynamics 12 GA 2.75" 8 Pellets 00 Buck @1325 FPS This G Force GFY-1 12 GA 18.5" barrel is super. Smooth firing with moderate recoil is perfect for me. I recommend it for home defense. Vince

I took it out this week with a couple friends. This is an amazing shotgun! We all enjoyed shooting it. We did have one jam out of about 30 rounds. We shot 7.5 and 00 buck and neither caused any discomfort for our lightest shooter. Thanks Bud's!

this Gforce is awesome ran multiple different shotgun loads through it from slugs down to bird shot even at 1200 fps it would cycle them about 70 percent of the time but still ran it so a plus if all you have is bird shot just know it probably will jam/stove pipe but it ran like a champ with 00 buck, #1 buck shot and rifled slugs itll even cycle low recoil buckshot at 1200 fps. this is my first bullpup and I'm super impressed with it!
