  Hi Todd, yes sir, this is NY State legal. It has none of the banned features.
  The following are prohibited:
  ✘ Semi-automatic shotguns that have one or more of the following five features:
  1. a folding or telescoping stock;
  2. a thumbhole stock;
  3. a second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the
  non-trigger hand;
  4. a fixed magazine capacity in excess of seven rounds; or
  5. an ability to accept a detachable magazine.
