This Tisas 1911 is probably the best bang for the buck,(No Pun Intended) of any similar gun on the market. The quality of the workmanship and fitting is way above what you would expect for the price. I have fired and owned a few higher priced 1911 pistols and I would take this Tisas over most. It has a very nice trigger action and the fixed sights are dead on at 15 yards with the ammo I use. Everything I fed it cycled with no issues. I've fired about 300 rounds thru it since buying it about 2 weeks ago. The Cerecote finish has a nice army issue look to it reminiscent of the old style Parkerizing of the government issued models. You can't go wrong with this pistol for the price

Very happy with the 1911. Second Tisas that have bought and extremely happy with the quality of the pistols. Tisas customer service is not near as good as the firearms. I have had this pistol for only two weeks, and I am having problems with the magazine being inserted, and not allowing the slide to work. The release lever runs into the side of the magazine, jamming the slide. They wanted a copy of my DL, and all the paperwork that came with the pistol, in 4-6 weeks they would send me a shipping box and a return label. Then send in the gun and the magazines and wait 6-12 weeks. Bypassed all of this, bought two Colt magazines that work, and I am having a gunsmith work on the Tisas ones. Love the guns, not so much love for the customer service. As far as Buds, you guys are great. Ordered this later on the night of March 2, thinking I could get it on the 7 or even the 10. UPS called me on the 5 and told me the gun had been delivered. Twenty minutes later I got another call telling me I could come pick up the gun. Amazing, fast shipping with no problems. Thank you.

Beautiful gun. This is my first gun that I ever purchased. Took it to the range after I bought a membership. Shoots beautifully and sights were accurate. Use it for my open carry and looks great on my side. Will be buying another gun from buds.
