The .22 Long Rifle Marlin Model 795SS has proven itself with a reputation of quality and economy. This rifle has a black synthetic Monte Carlo style stock, adjustable rear sight and a 10 round magazine. Additionally the Model 795SS has an 18" all weather stainless barrel, and "last shot" bolt hold open. The Marlin 795SS is a great way to introduce and practice the fundamentals of shooting and an excellent small game hunting rifle!

The quality has suffered since the Marlin merger with Remington.

bought 3 for me son and grand son great 22 american made rifle buds was great 15 puraches, Quality, Fun, Cheap 10 year old grandson shoots the best......? BUY ONE, BUD'S IS NOT ALWAYS THE CHEAPEST.... but always the best!

Have had this to the range several times and is working just fine. the clip is a little tricky to load and put in the gun and the sites were off about 4 inches at 25 yards but gun worked flawlessly.
