Fit and finish on this pistol is excellent. My first Uberti pistol in.45 Colt, everything seems to be in really good condition and the quality seems to be really good no complaints would recommend this pistol to anyone that really wants one,looks good

what a flawless replica of an iconic piece of history, incredibly easy to shoot and very accurate. I was able to hit a target at 70 yards on the 2nd try, not too shabby

It is a good looking revolver but not a 100% Colt clone. It has only 3 clicks when you pull the hammer back unlike a 4 click Colt. It has the internal hammer safety device that prevents the firing pin from contacting a cartridge primer without the trigger being pulled. So that lets you load all 6 chambers, unlike a true 100% Colt clone that safety dictates leaving the chamber under the hammer unloaded, making it a 5 shooter rather than a true 6 shooter. It is nickle plated which is historic but stainless steel holds up to harsh cleaners better. This is the same configuration as the original Colt issued by the army in 1873, except for the nickle plating and cross bolt base pin holder added in the 1890s, and moon shaped ejector rod head, also changed from the round head in the 1890s..

This was my first .45 SA revolver and I could not be happier.... It is a work of art as well as a great fire arm... Buds is a wonderful place to do business. Many more items are on my list... I'm sure I will find them here.

Fit and finish is excellent, the weapon functions flawlessly. Quality product if you don’t want to drop the cash on a Colt this one won’t disappoint. The only downside is that nickel is hard to keep clean and you can get a bit obsessed with trying to get that mirror shine back after a rage session.
