This pistol is an absolute work of art, the fit and finish is spectacular and the attention to detail is magnificent. Every control on this platform is crisp and smooth, the checkering on the front and rear is wonderful and it comes with Novak 3, white dot sights which are easy to pick up your sight picture and are a low profile which shouldn't catch on fabric clothing. The tolerances of this pistol are right on the money. The entire frame and slide are beautifully blued and the double diamond checkered grips are flawless, it has precision aligned grip screws which is a great touch. Buds came through on this one again with lighting fast shipping and simple processing. You won't be disappointed with this item folks

A functioning tool hidden in a work of art. Deep blue with classic engraving. The workmanship is really superior to anything I own except my Colt snake guns. I would like to say that I plan on shooting this pistol however, the future value would be diminished and I see these limited production models as an investment. I have many 1911's to use if I need to reach out with a .45.
That said, I did discover a small patch of RUST in the pocket of the beavertail where the hammer rest's. How that could get pass inspection??

Been shooting and customizing 1911’s for almost 50 years. This is the best one I have seen. Well worth the money and much more. Top quality craftsmanship, metal, and bluing integrity. Glad I saw a similar case hardened model reviewed on Hickok45 and his review of the Standard single action. So I purchased one. I will be back for more. Thank you for the price break!
