I received this but took a week to get, but it is a outstanding gun, not really surprising Ruger is a solid gun maker and if you need any customer service they are absolutely a joy if a problem does happen.. I'm 48 and have owned all most every gun maker but when i see a Ruger i never have second thoughts about buying 1 for self defense. In all my life i had to call them on a 1 revolver and it was because i shot a 340gr+p+ and a small screw broke but never sent the gun in they sent me extra parts plus a few other things just because they wanted to, they stand by their products everytime.
