I was apprehensive purchasing this unit due to the polymer lower. I was worried about the pin breaking and cracks forming after many rounds used. Rest assured, no problems so far with over 1000 rounds fired. I like that it is light and strong with the long rail. I have updated the grip, charging handle and plan on replacing the key mod to a mlok system.

I bought this from Buds because of the price seriously a complete AR-15 for under $400.00 I took it out of the box and inspected it and not a single blemish on it. The next day I put some iron sights on it and hit the range and holy smoke this freedom defender ran flawlessly. Thank you BudsGunShop for the very fast shipping.

    Jamel, this rifle has a 15" KeyMod Free Float Rail System. You can change to a quad rail but the KeyMod System just needs the appropriate KeyMod Rail Section to add any accessory and will be lighter overall : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/search.php?q=keymod+rail+section&type=
