The rifle is awesome! Fit, finish, and trigger all great. I haven't shot it yet but expect good things.
Buds had the description wrong. The description shows cerakote and AICS magazine. My rifle came blued and with a hinged floor plate. There is a significant difference in value. Given that this industry is crazy, I accepted the rifle from the FFL and rolled the dice with buds on the back end. They offered a $5 coupon for the inconvenience; I declined...
I called Bergara and they stated that the Approach is no longer made with the AICS style bottom metal. You can purchase the bottom metal from them online for $125, but your stock will have to mill to accept it.
