IWI US, Inc. Jericho 941 9mm Mid-Size Polymer 3.8" - Blue/Black, 3.8" Barrel, 16+1 Rounds

I purchased the IWI Jericho 941 to see if the quality of the pistol matched the quality of the IWI Gallil Ace I previously purchased. I wasn't dissapointed. The Jericho has a solid feel in your hand yet isn't overwhelming for shooter with smaller hands, however the pistol requires some breaking in. The slide, slide release and magazines are very tight and require some hand strength to manipulate. The recoil is certainly manageable in a 9mm cartridge with the steel frame and heft of the pistol I found it very accurate at 7, 10 and 15 yards, the ranges i would expect to engage a target with a pistol. I became a bit less accurate at 25 yards but that didn't have anything to do with the pistol. It's a solid full size hi capacity 9mm hammer fired pistol. I would not hesitate to have this as primary open carry or concealed vehicle pistol. The only caveat I would provide is you do need some hand strength to manipulate the slide, slide release and load the magazines. If you have weak or arthritic hands i would not recommend this pistol. For anyone else it's a great firearm.
