Shot it less than 50 times. Really liked it. Was very accurate, trigger felt good and it was an all around pretty good experience. Then the trigger broke and wouldn’t reset. Tried contacting Taurus. Put a ticket in online to get it repaired a couple weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. Put in another ticket about not getting a response, then called their phone and was ignored for half an hour. Pretty disappointed to say the least. Maybe I got a lemon? I don’t know, but their customer service has been pretty poor so far.

I bought this revolver with silhouette and hunting both in mind, the significant power of this cartridge, as well being able to chamber. 45 LC. The weight and balance of this gun is remarkable with the ported 6 -3/4 inch barrel,making recoil tolerable. Firing range results 25 yard 3 shot groups of various brands of .454 260gr and 300gr loads were 9/16 - 3/4 inches from a ransom rest with low profile screw on
red dot. The sight held its true even after removing and reattaching it to the massive picatinny rail. Off hand shots 50 - 75 yds opened up 1 to 1-1/4 inches. 100yd and 200yd steel silhouettes rang consistently. I'm really impressed with this firearm and would reccomend it as a dependable and economical addition to anyone's collection.
