This cartridge is the Legend 124 Grain HAP JHP in 9mm. "HAP" indicates that this round is loaded with a genuine "Hornady Action Pistol" projectile, a bullet modeled after the legendary XTP bullet design, but further refined into the perfect competition projectile. HAP bullets are optimized for competition with features such as the elimination of all "expansion-aiding" skives, an expanded gilding metal jacket which protects the nose of the bullet for smooth feeding, and a cold-swaged, pure lead core which produces balance and stability in flight resulting in pinpoint accuracy with every shot.
