Shotgun works fine. The red dot reflex sight it came with... not so much. After affixing the sight to it the day after picking up the shotgun, I fired a total of four rounds sighting it in (two 2 3/4" birdshot and two 3" turkey loads) before the sight stopped working. Figuring it must be the 2032 battery, I replaced it with two I had on hand and of course, had no luck getting it to work. Went to Walgreens and paid $9 for a fresh 2032 and guess what... still not working. So much for turkey hunting the remainder of this weekend or all of next week. I'm not very happy with Girsan right now. Oh, and the MC312 "Gobbler" edition shotgun does not come with a turkey choke... must buy $eparately. I'll try and be nice and give it 2 stars.

I have been very pleased with the MC312. I bought the pistol grip turkey last year and was empress enough to get the other one with out the pistol grip. With the 24 inch barrel the are easy to maneuver with whether turkey hunting or deer hunting. I have tested it with two and three quarter inch light loads three and a half inch turkey loads and buckshot and cycles on all with no problem at all. I would get these guns five stars and would definitely recommend them. I don't think you can find better value for the money.
