it is a great rifle from a blind however the 300 win mag is OVERKILL here in the southeast

This is a fabulous rifle for long-range shooting. I especially liked the carbon fiber components to make it lighter and yet stronger. Very tight tolerances, precision machining and the folding stock makes it easier to carry and store, even with the Sig Sauer 6.5-20x scope and Harris bipod. Bud's gave me a great deal (about $225 savings) over any other retailer and the transaction was smooth and fast.
